Visa is required for ALL travelers to Laos. For travelers
arriving in Laos by air through Vientiane or Luang Prabang,
tourist visas can be obtained upon arrival at the airport.
Tourist visas cost US$30 for stays up to 15 days.
Cholera vaccination and Malaria medication are strongly recommended
for travel in Laos. We also strongly suggest that you consult
with your physician about precautionary medication/vaccinations
for Thyphoid, Polio, Malaria and other diseases that are present
in this region of the world.
